Community Guidelines

Cleru only works if people can trust what's in the feed. These are the basics we expect from everyone using it.
Post the real thing
Only post clearance items that are genuinely available, at the shop you say they're at, right now. No expired deals, no stock photos, no posting on behalf of a shop you don't actually work at.
No spam
Don't flood the feed with duplicate or near-identical posts, and don't post just to get attention rather than to share a real deal.
Be respectful
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeting other users or shops. Disagree with a post or a shop's pricing? Fine -- but keep it civil.
Keep photos appropriate
Photos should show the item or deal being posted -- nothing explicit, violent, or unrelated to the post.
Report what's wrong
If you see a post that breaks these guidelines, use the Report option on the post to let us know. Every post also goes through review before it appears in the feed.
What happens if you don't follow these
We can remove any post, and suspend or delete any account, that breaks these guidelines or our Terms of Service.
